  • Walking drills: Narrow squat walk, toe reach walk, kicking walk, side lunges (hurricane), stick bend over, walking stick lunge and twist, walking stick lunge and side bend.
  • Sled 3x 4 lengths (back and forth counts for 2 lengths) (we had 50lbs last time)
  • Farmer walks 4x2min (set 1: weight in each hand, set 2: weight in one hand, set 3: weight in other hand, set 4: weight racked)
  • Reverse sled pulls (using TRX attachment) 3x 4 lengths (we had 100lbs last time)
  • Floor cool down (keep the same for now)
