As former cyclist I ended up with back pain in my early 40’s, which since then I had struggled with all kinds of therapy to get back in shape. It allowed me to live a very basic lifestyle, without any sport or physical activity, just enough to function and survive, and be as good provider for my family as I could be. I tried a lot of different therapeutic and treatment techniques, where I spent t a lot of money for over 6 years without any result. This left me very depressed, and I decided to look some alternative. In November 2009 through my massage therapist I met Frederic in his clinic. After discussing my condition with me, he was willing to give it shot and fix my back pain.
I have to admit I did not believe than there was some other alternative therapy method that could help, since I had gone through so many others. His knowledge of the human body and real care about his patient was unreal, after few treatments in the gym I could see some positive improvement, and following water therapy therapy sessions in the pool to decompress my spine, I started to see a big difference. Slowly I started to believe in better days.

I’m a world-class athlete in racket sports. I have competed all over the world for more than 15 years in badminton, squash, tennis and ping-pong. I’ve put my body under intense stress – just in 2008 I was training in China with ex badminton world-champions 5 times per week 6+ hours per day.
In 2010, I severely injured my back playing tennis. Thereafter, it got worst. I could not walk for days as soon as I played. I tried several professionals: physiotherapists, chiropractors, personal trainers, online courses. Nothing was doing it. To make things worse, my career took an unexpected turn when in 2012 I completely tore my Achilles.

I was told by my doctor that I have a herniated disc. He also mentioned that doing martial arts is not an option for me any more. Because I was not satisfied with the answer I saw an osteopath too. He have me a similar diagnosis. During that time I had trouble sleeping because of the back pain. And even sitting, walking or any activity that involved any moving was very painful. So I asked Fred if he can help me. He checked my RMI report and said that is serious but he can help me. I was really happy because he was the only one who gave me any hope. After the first session in a swimming pool I felt OK. My pain was still there but I felt a little bit better. Next morning I woke up feeling great. Couldn’t`t believe it that I slept the whole night without waking up. To me that was a huge progress. And after 3 sessions my pain went down 80%. Still don’t know how that is possible but don’t care. After a few months I’m back to my usual training. The only thing that I can say is: “I have the best therapist ever.” Thanks Fred!!
Fred, what can I say about Fred. I had back spasms so bad that I was screaming in pain. Fred came to the house and he and Philip helped me out of bed because I could not walk.
2 hours later,no back spasms and able to walk. He is a miracle worker. Recently I was hit by a cyclist and got pretty messed up. Fred is here again for me. I highly recommend Fred to anyone with pain.

I first came to see Fred in 2012 looking for relief from perpetual shoulder pain and a way to maintain a physically active lifestyle.
